Winter Island Ranger Tug Rendezvous

Planning for the 2025 WIYY Ranger Tug Rendezvous is currently underway. Details about the most recent event are below:

2024 WIYY Ranger Tug Rendezvous, July 26-28, Hyannis, MA

When: Arrive any time after 12:00 PM on Friday, July 26. Two days in port on Friday and Saturday. Depart before 11:00 AM on Sunday, July 28.

Where: 1 Willow St, Hyannis MA 02601

Rendezvous Agenda

  • Friday – Arrival at Hyannis Marina – Arrive at your leisure.
    • The Winter Island YY Crew will start showing up around 2:30PM
    • Enjoy time at the marina and/or with your fellow Ranger Tug Mates
  • Friday Night – Socialize at the Marina, with beverages provided by WIYY and more available at the bar.
    • Bring your dinner and/or snacks or eat at Marina or local restaurant.
  • Saturday Morning, Starting at 9AM – Coffee and Pastry at the Dock, Courtesy of Winter Island YY
    • Training / Seminars by Winter Island YY and vendor reps
      • (Garmin, Pettit, Volvo, and Yamaha)
    • Lunch at Trader Ed’s
  • Saturday Afternoon – Take a look at what other folks have done on their Ranger Tugs
    • Social Activities, Games
      • (Trivia, Cornhole, etc.)
  • Saturday Night Dinner Is On Us
    • Trader Ed’s Restaurant, located at the Marina
  • Sunday Morning, Starting at 8:30AM – Coffee and Pastry at the Dock, Courtesy of Winter Island YY
    • Ranger Tug Parade
    • Pack up and Head Home (departure by 12PM)

Marina and Dockage Reservations: Each tug owner will need to make his/her own reservations. Individuals can make reservations directly online at Dockwa.com

Pricing:
Dockage rate: $4.75/foot or $6.75/foot over 36feet
There is room at the marina for a few trailers and paid lots nearby.
The marina is handicap accessible.
Dogs are welcome.
There are restaurants at the marina and more a short drive away.
There are several hotels nearby.
